Model C-CS Pressure Reducing Regulator
The Model C-CS* is a 316L SST self-contained pressure reducing regulator designed primarily for steam control in sanitary biotechnological process piping systems. The valve is capable of controlling outlet pressure between 10-75 psig (.69-5.2 Barg) with a max i mum inlet pressure of 150 psig (10.3 Barg).

  • Dual-guided Plug: Combines a “winged” guide design directly above the seat and a “nonwetted” guide above the diaphragm.
  • Self-Draining: Angle style valve body with bottom inlet and side outlet.
  • Surface Finish: Interior of valve body polished per ASME BPE 1997 (SFV-4 10 micro-inch Ra fi nish). Interior and exterior surfaces are electropolished.
  • Wetted Materials of Construction: 316L SST metallic wetted parts. Valve is cleaned to Cashco Spec. #S-1576.
  • Versatility: Standard pressure reducing regulator or vacuum resistant pressure reducing regulator; metal seat or composition seat.
  • Cashco Model C-PRV 1

    The Cashco Model C-PRV* valve is a 316L SST self-contained pressure reducing regulator designed for liquid or gaseous fluids utilized in sanitary biotechnological process piping systems. The valve is capable of controlling outlet pressure between 2-125 psig (.14 - 8.6 Barg) with a maximum inlet pressure of 175 psig (12.1 Barg).

  • Clean-in-Place: Patented lock-open feature on the spring chamber area allows the regulator to be cleaned with 50 psig (3.4 Barg) cleaning solution.
  • Steam-in-Place: The combination of materials allows for steam-in-place up to 20 psig (1.4 Barg) of saturated steam.
  • Self-Draining: Angle style valve body with bottom inlet and side outlet.
  • Readily Accessible: Valve can be easily and quickly disassembled in line for inspection and manual cleaning without the use of tools.
  • Surface Finish: Interior of valve body polished per ASME BPE 1997 (SFV-4 10 micro-inch Ra finish). Interior and exterior surfaces are electro-polished.
  • Wetted Materials of Construction: All metallic wetted parts of 316L SST. All diaphragms and some plug/ stem selections are of non-metallic materials. The valve is cleaned to Cashco Spec. #S-1576.

    The Cashco Model SCV-30 * is a revolutionary, throttling, pneumatically actuated control valve. This unique design provides a geometrically characterized plug for superior throttling dynamics, plus the unit’s ease of cleanability and maintenance meet the requirements of sanitary control valves. The design incorporates a formed internal diaphragm that is bonded to a characterized metal plug. The diaphragm/body provides the smooth internal passages necessary for ease in cleaning and sanitizing. The plug head provides rigidity to the otherwise flexible diaphragm in the throttling zone where characterized control is desired.
