Custom Fabricated Components

The Holland Specialty Components Group can provide custom solutions when off-the-shelf fittings and valves won’t . We offer a line of unique specialty hygienic stainless steel components. We also design and build custom sanitary stainless steel process components, custom manifolds and assemblies and skids/carts in our state of the art fabrication shop. One of our core competencies is building process sub-assemblies for biopharmaceutical equipment OEM's. We offer fast, innovative and economical solutions.

• Design: All of our custom sanitary fabrications are drawn on an AutoCAD network with a document control system to guarantee revision control on all drawings.
• Fabrication: All of our shop tools are used on only stainless steel or higher alloys. There is no risk of cross contamination.
• Welding: Wherever possible, welds are made using automatic or semi-automatic welders. All welding is done using cryogenic Argon delivered through a stainless steel distribution system.
• Materials Control: All inbound raw material is QC’d using a X-Ray based alloy analyzer. Heat numbers are marked on all 316L fittings using computer controlled pin stamping equipment.
• Quality Control: We 100% inspect all of our fabrications. All welds are inspected. Surface finishes are tested with profilometers.
