C’eal-Flex C-Flex Sealer

The world’s smallest and most effective tubing sealer, the C’eal-Flex® TPE Ultra Sealer can be used to seal C-Flex® and other thermoplastic elastomers — as well as other materials including TPV, TPU and PVC — in under two minutes. It’s compact, portable and extremely easy to use. The sealer system comprises a base generator/control unit and either a thin wall (.062) remote sealing head for C-Flex® tubing with OD between .125 and .375, or a thick wall (.125) remote sealing head for C-Flex® tubing with OD between .375 and .750. Now you can bring the sealing head to the fill line rather than struggling to get the fill line to the sealer.

Connect-Flex C-Flex Tubing Welder

The ALL NEW Connect-Flex welder is the only device on the market that can weld TPE tubing ranging in size from .250” through .750” without changing any fixtures. It operates on 110 or 230 volt electrical current and uses filtered air. The welder weighs only 25 lbs so it can be moved easily throughout the production suite. The unit is easy to load and a LCD panel steps the user through the loading,welding and release segments of the cycle. Like the sealer it operates with just two control buttons. An emergency ‘kill’ switch is built-in for safety purposes. The welding time ranges from 2 to 4 minutes depending on the ID and OD of the tubing. Single use stainless steel blades are provide with the unit, and can be re-ordered when needed.
